Terms of Service

By using tmfbysilversure.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products
All products are manufactured by Silver Sure Vending Solutions LLP (SSVS LLP). Photographs are indicative — minor cosmetic variations may occur.

2. Pricing & GST
All prices displayed on product pages are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout by our logistics partner and are additional.

3. Payments
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel an order within 6 hours of placement (if not yet shipped) from the Account → Orders page. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India via Shiprocket + Shiprocket Cargo. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or serviceability restrictions are best-effort communicated but not guaranteed.

6. Warranty
Every product carries a manufacturer warranty as printed on the product page (typically 1–3 years). Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does NOT cover misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear.

7. Returns
Every product is delivered only after rigorous testing and verification of complete functionality at our facility. To be eligible for a return, the customer MUST record a continuous unboxing video — starting BEFORE the outer packaging is opened and continuing through the full unpacking — that clearly shows the sealed box, product condition, and any defect. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Reports of manufacturing defects must reach us within 7 days of delivery at sales@tmfsilversure.com. Custom / OEM orders are non-returnable.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
